Filippo Cattapan

Filippo Cattapan was born in Padova on the 26th of June 1985. He studied Architecture at the IUAV University of Venezia, where he graduated in 2011 with a design thesis supervised by Giovanni Corbellini. He has been teaching and research assistant at the Politecnico di Milano, at the ETH in Zürich and at the EPFL in Lausanne, within the Laboratoire des Arts pour le Sciences directed by Nicola Braghieri. His studies and researches in the field of architectural theory and history are mainly focused on architectural and urban representation, Renaissance architectura picta, seventeenth and eighteenth century visionary engravings, 1970s collages. Since 2016 he has been working as an architect in Milano at onsitestudio.
