Claudia Mainardi

Graduated with honors in architecture at Politecnico di Milano, Claudia Mainardi outlined a multidisciplinary professional profile that benefits from the cross-pollination of a wide range of experiences. CM worked for numerous offices including Carlo Ratti Associati, OMA/AMO, MVRDV, Stefano Boeri Architetti / MultiplicityLab and Studio Folder with whom she won the special mention at the XIV Venice Biennale. In 2019 CM was head curator of the exbition and graphic design of UABB Shenzhen Biennale and in 2017 she was assistant curator of BIO 25, the 25th Biennial of Design in Ljubljana. CM has been teaching assistant at Politecnico di Milano, researcher at The Why Factory –the think-thank led by Winy Maas within TUDelft– and collaborator at the Het Nieuwe Instituut. Since 2013 Claudia is partner of the architectural design and research collective Fosbury Architecture. F.A. work has been published in several magazines and it has been showcased in many international exhibitions such as the Chicago Architecture Bienniale in 2017, the Venice Architecture Biennale in 2016 and the first Versailles Biennale in 2019.
